Taraana Music Guidelines

These guidelines are in place just to keep us more organized, efficient and orderly.

Your co-operation and understanding is requested and much appreciated.

- 'Pay as you go' payment  is due in each class.

- 'Prepaid monthly' fees must be paid at the start of every month.

- 'Prepaid monthly' is a discounted flat rate and must be paid in full at the beginning of each month. It will NOT be refunded or adjusted towards absences or next month's payment.

- Reminder through email will be sent if a payment is due.

- NO SHOW without prior notice will not be made up.

- Make-up classes will be scheduled for missed classes if a prior notice of 24 hours is given. (Sudden illness is an exception).

- Make-up classes must be made up within 2 months from the original dates. (It lapses after that).

- On time attendance is a must.

- Missed group lessons will NOT be made up on an individual basis. Payment will not be refunded for a missed class.

- 5 minutes transition time will be taken between classes.

- No parents or friends inside the class room. (Unless otherwise advised).

- Additional fee will be charged for each notation made for a requested song. (Exclude class material).

- Please, no sharing of class materials or website login/password. This is only for the students who is putting time, effort and money to take the lessons.

- No food or drink inside the class room. (Water is OK).
